1. Right of use

The "Log-in Registration" form enables you as an authorized Hama trade partner to register for the Internet shop area at www.hama.de. With the personal log-in issued by us, you receive the right to access our extranet platform at www.hama.de (hereinafter "Platform") and use the functions and service components offered there.

2. Time and geographical restrictions

Your right of use is limited to your current role with respect to both duration and location. Your right to use the platform expires if you or your employer cease the trading relationship with Hama GmbH & Co KG or you cease your relations – whether as a partner or an employee – with the company that maintains a trading relationship with Hama GmbH & Co KG.

3. Personal restrictions

The right of use is personal and not transferrable. By signing, you agree that only you personally will exercise your right to use the platform. The log-in issued is personal and may not be given to third parties. Should you give your log-in information to a third party, only one log-in will be possible at a time. We assume no responsibility for damages that may result from unauthorized transfer of your log-in information to a third party. This particularly applies to legal transactions such as orders, deliveries and information services, and the transfer of confidential information such as customer, item and item price data.

4. Returns, cancellations and compensation

You are obligated to notify us immediately if you leave your current role or your company. This information does not require any specific form. However, e-mail is preferred. In the event of any non-compliance or violation of these conditions, your current employer or Hama GmbH & Co KG may revoke your right of use without providing a reason. You are liable for any damages that result.

5. General terms and conditions

The delivery of and payment for orders made using the Platform are subject to Hama GmbH & Co KG’s general terms and conditions to which you have already agreed. You can find the current version of the general terms and conditions in the appropriate section of the Platform or on the relevant price list.

6. Place of performance and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by German law. The place of performance is Monheim. In the case of a legal dispute, the contractual partner agrees to conduct all legal proceedings in the court with jurisdiction over Hama GmbH & Co KG
